Groupe Deragon, located in Cowansville, is recognized for the quality of its service and its customer-focused approach. As part of our ongoing efforts to improve our operations, we are looking to welcome a versatile, detail-oriented, and motivated Automotive Detail Technician to our team.
Divide work time between operational tasks in the field (approximately 70%) and computer system management (approximately 30%)
Prepare vehicles by performing thorough and meticulous cleaning prior to delivery to customers
Maintain the interior and exterior appearance of vehicles according to established standards
Ensure quality standards are met for every vehicle serviced
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Collaborate closely with team members to provide efficient, seamless, and professional service
Lead and motivate team members to foster a positive and productive work environment
Coordinate vehicle deliveries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Plan activities and assign tasks to optimize daily operations
Monitor operations and update information in computer systems
Oversee the smooth execution of operations and respond promptly when needed to maintain service quality
